Three ways to practice together with Priyanka, from grounding fundamentals to the full Yoga Sangraha method.
Signature Course
Yoga Sangraha
Hatha tradition paired with its scientific grounding. Developed through lineage teaching and refined with the physiology behind each form, it's the practice Priyanka trained under Myra Khanna in Kolkata to teach, and the only classes of this kind in Prague.

A slower, steadier sequence that draws attention downward into the feet, the breath, and the base of the spine. The intention is grounding within movement, not just moving through it.
Especially supportive for stress, restlessness, sleep difficulties, and recovery from a busy day.
Prana Nigraha
Pranayama is the next step of progression, and to be there, we need to prepare. Prāṇa nigraha is where the breath is trained like a muscle, learning to gently use mental and physical force to compress and elongate the breath with awareness and control. As that effort slowly becomes effortless,
this practice helps reduce duality in our actions, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, bringing greater clarity and balance.
