Who we are
A small space for conscious living.
justnow YOGA began as a quiet personal practice — from movement, to breath, to returning to the self. It has grown into a circle of teachers and friends, each carrying something true to share.
To create a space where the body, the breath, and the moment can meet — gently, honestly, without performance.
A practice of returning. To ourselves, to one another — and to the quiet freedom of being here, now.
What we believe
How we hold this space
The body as it is, today.
We honor the body exactly as it shows up — without comparison, without judgment, without the pressure to look or perform a certain way. Practice was never meant for perfect shapes. It was meant for presence.
Practice is for every body.
If you breathe, you can practice. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or ready in any perfect way. The only person who cannot begin is the one who refuses to try.
Rooted in tradition, shared with care.
We honor the teachers, lineages, and philosophies that shape this work. Each practice is taught with humility, respect, and the deep gratitude of students who are still learning.
Stillness is not laziness.
In a world that asks us to keep moving, returning to stillness is a quiet act of resistance. When we slow down, we begin to see clearly — within ourselves, and toward one another.
Practice is shared, not performed.
We are not here to teach perfect poses or polished sessions. We are here to share — to learn together, to listen, to move and breathe alongside one another. There is no separation between teacher and student on this path.
A space for love, freedom, and conscious living.
We believe a true practice extends beyond the mat — into how we live, how we love, and how we hold space for one another. justnow YOGA is built as a community space: to slow down, share, rest, laugh, and live consciously, together.
The teachers
Those who hold this space
justnow YOGA is held by a small circle of facilitators — each carrying their own thread of this path. We share what we have lived, what we are still learning, and what we love.
Priyanka
@justnowyoga.cz"Stillness with ease."
Beneath the noise of life, Priyanka believes, there is always a deeper truth within us — a quiet mystery that has always existed, waiting to be felt.
She came to yoga not knowing what she was looking for. Slowly, she began to understand that yoga was never about reaching, performing, or becoming something else. It was about returning. Through breath, movement, and stillness, the body becomes a doorway — and beyond it, a quiet awareness that has always been here.
She believes real transformation does not come from forcing change. It emerges slowly — like a seed that grows when nurtured with care.
Trained in the traditional Indian Hatha Yoga of the Dashami lineage at Pratyaksha Yogashala under Yashwanth Panyam, Priyanka does not see herself as a teacher, but as a student and a medium — sharing what was passed down to her.
Kuba
"I am here to share something beautiful and true."
Since his youth, Kuba has devoted himself to active meditations on his own path of self-discovery. It is a powerful tool for uncovering the inner essence, created by the mystic Osho, whom he recognised as a person of true awareness.
A person is like a blue sky, where the sun can warm. But through the course of life, clouds drift in. In that moment, we look for tools so that the inner space can light up again.
There are many techniques designed for different types of people in different life situations. Once we find the right technique, it can help us greatly in finding inner peace, release, integrity, strength, love.
Kuba feels that Osho active meditations are a true medicine for our inner space. The magic is in the active phase, where we consciously release the body and mind, so that we may afterwards rest in our natural state of being — in a fulfilling silence.
It will be his great joy to share it with you.
Arun & Semina
"An invitation to reconnect — with the body, the breath, the emotions, and the silent space within."
Arun and Semina are nomadic Montessori guides, musicians, and sound healers sharing the transformative wisdom of sound, movement, and presence. Rooted in Nada Yoga — the yoga of sound — they blend yoga, meditation, and immersive sound bath experiences to create sacred spaces for healing and inner connection.
Their journey has taken them through retreats in Morocco, India, and across Europe. Through years of working with people from different cultures, they have witnessed how sound can gently open the heart, release emotional weight, and guide the mind into states of deep peace.
Their sessions are an invitation to reconnect — with the body, the breath, the emotions, and the silent space within.
Our roots
Rooted in tradition
justnow YOGA is rooted in the traditional Indian Hatha Yoga of the Dashami lineage of Adi Shankaracharya — a path that has been carried, breath by breath, through generations of teachers and students.
Priyanka received this practice at Pratyaksha Yogashala under Yashwanth Panyam, and continues to walk it as a student. The other practices held in this space — Kuba's Osho active meditation, Arun and Semina's Nada Yoga of sound — each carry their own lineages and traditions, honored here with the same humility and care.
We do not claim ownership of these practices. We are simply medium — sharing what was passed down to us, with gratitude for those who came before.
It is our great joy to share this with you.
Come, gently.
The practice will meet you where you are.
Whether through yoga, breath, meditation, or sound — justnow YOGA is held with care, and you are welcome to enter however feels right. There is no pressure to know what you need before you arrive.
