Refund Policy
At Justnow YOGA, we run on a structured 28-day cycle to keep our community committed and our scheduling smooth. Please review our policies carefully before purchasing:
• 28-Day Expiration: All passes (Standard, Full) and Monthly Private Plans expire exactly 28 days from purchase. Unused class credits cannot be extended, refunded, or rolled over into the next cycle. Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not booked or attended any classes. Once a single class is booked or attended, or once the 14-day window closes, the plan becomes completely non-refundable.
• Group Class Cancellations: Group sessions (both online and offline) cannot be rescheduled. Missed classes or no-shows result in automatic forfeiture of the session credit.
• Private 1-on-1 Sessions: Rescheduling a private session requires at least 24 hours’ advance notice. You are allowed a maximum of 2 reschedules per 28-day cycle. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed sessions beyond the limit are fully forfeited.
