A weekly rhythm of traditional practice — yoga, breath, deep rest, and seasonal observance. Held online, in small groups, rooted in the Indian Hatha Yoga of the Dashami lineage of Adi Shankaracharya.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle yet steady practice of āsana and breath, drawn from the traditional Hatha Yoga of the Dashami lineage. Each class moves slowly through postures, breath, and quiet awareness — building strength, flexibility, and stillness in equal measure. There is no rushing here, no pushing toward a perfect shape. Just the body, the breath, and the moment we are in. Suitable for beginners and returning students alike.

Pranayama

A dedicated practice of conscious breath — the bridge between the body and the mind. Pranayama gently regulates the nervous system, sharpens awareness, and softens the noise of daily life. Each Saturday morning, we gather to practice the foundational breath techniques of the Hatha tradition — slowly, carefully, with reverence for what the breath has always known how to do. A beautiful way to begin the weekend in stillness.

Yoga Nidra

A practice of deep, conscious rest — sometimes called the yoga of sleep. Lying down in stillness, the body softens and the mind enters a state between waking and dreaming, where deep healing can quietly take place. Yoga Nidra is not about doing anything; it is about allowing. After a long week, this practice is a way to gently lay everything down — and return to yourself before the weekend begins.

Kriya Practices

The Kriyas are the cleansing practices of traditional Hatha Yoga — quiet, internal, and held with great care. We gather occasionally, often around the full moon, to practice Jal Neti (nasal cleansing), Trataka (steady gazing meditation), and Netra Shuddhi (eye cleansing). These are not weekly classes, but seasonal observances — practiced when the body and the moon ask for rest, release, and renewal. Announced ahead of time to those on the path.

A dynamic practice in the Osho lineage — created by the mystic Osho as a tool for uncovering the inner essence.

Osho Active Meditation

Kuba often shares that the human being is like a blue sky where the sun can warm — but over the course of life, clouds drift in. In those moments, we look for tools to let our inner space shine again. There are many techniques designed for different kinds of people in different life situations. When we find the right one, it can deeply support us in finding inner stillness, release, integrity, strength, and love.

Osho active meditation works in stages. The magic lies in the active phase, where we consciously release the body and mind through movement, breath, and sound — so that afterwards, we may rest in our natural state of being, in a fulfilling silence.

Sound Healing

A meditative journey through sacred sound — rooted in the path of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound.

Nada Yoga & Sound Bath

Nada Yoga is a rejuvenating journey of the mind, body, and soul — a practice that uses the sublime vibrations of sound to cleanse and balance the inner space, soften emotional weight, and gently bring the nervous system to rest.

Each session begins with centering pranayama and guided meditation, settling the body into a state of quiet awareness. You may choose to lie down or sit in a comfortable posture, allowing yourself to be guided inward — through the breath, through stillness — until the mind begins to soften from its alert beta rhythms into the more mindful alpha state.

Then comes the sound. Using sacred instruments — gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoo, shamanic drums, hand pan, and flutes — Arun and Semina create an ocean of vibration that invites you to surrender. Each frequency points gently toward the places within that ask to be heard, softened, or healed.

Hosted in person where possible, and occasionally outdoor for guided meditative journeys in nature. Announced ahead of time through the justnow YOGA newsletter.

In-Studio Workshops

Some practices are best shared in person — with breath in the same room, with sound in the same air, with silence held by the same walls.

When justnow YOGA has access to a studio space in Prague, we host in-person workshops — yoga immersions with Priyanka, active meditations with Kuba, sound baths with Arun & Semina. Sometimes one teacher holds the space; sometimes we gather around a shared theme.

There is no fixed rhythm. Each workshop is announced when the season is right. The newsletter is where these invitations are quietly shared.
