One to One · Working with the body
Pays attention & creates awareness.
One to one is personal, in-person practice, built around you specifically, with a teacher right there in the room instead of on a screen. It's for anyone who wants that kind of individual attention and pace, whether you're working with a physical limitation or you simply prefer working closely with a teacher over joining an online class.

How we work
A practice that keeps listening to you.
Each stage builds on the last, so the practice keeps pace with how your body is actually doing, not a fixed plan set on day one.
Getting to know you
We start with a conversation about what's going on, what you're hoping to feel more of, and anything about your body worth knowing before we begin.
Building your practice
From there, a practice takes shape around you specifically, using whatever combination of movement, breath, and props actually helps.
Adjusting as you go
Nothing stays fixed. As you change, the practice changes with you, session by session.
How it works
Two ways to begin
Eight sessions a month for steady, ongoing care. Or twelve a month, for closer, more frequent support while something specific is healing.
Who's guiding it
Priyanka has been practicing for 9 years and teaching for 4, trained in the Hatha Yoga of the Dashami lineage, and works one to one with people navigating a range of physical needs.
Start with a trial, or a conversation.
Come try a session, or talk it through with me first, whichever feels right. Either way it costs nothing, and it helps us both understand if one-to-one work is the right fit.
